Saturday!

Tonight is the Unearth, Impending Doom, Born of Osiris, and Emmure and are going to be at the Station. Probably if you are not there already and you don't live in Portland then you missed it. Next Friday however is something you can catch it's Too Late the Hero, Teamwork, Stay, Number the Stars, For the Story's Sake, and Faster! Faster! If you still don't have anything to do you could always hit up the 103 Ultra Lounge for Soul Saturday fun fun!

Keepin' Up

So a lot has happened since I have been gone!! The Cambiata just played the last of their Maine shows for this tour and tomorrow they head to Winooski, VT to play at The Monkey House. According to their myspace they have rescheduled their interview on our own campus radio station 89.3 WHSN and it does not specify the date. Soundbender also announced yesterday that their new album is available on itunes and they are going to be playing a few shows so keep an eye on their myspace. If you are into the harder stuff Unearth, Emmure, Born of Osiris, and Impending Doom are all coming to The Station  on January 30th. Coming to Orono on February 5th (If you still remember them or even care at all) Saliva will be there with Dead Season and Pop Evil. I spy some other great shows coming up but I think I will save them to spice up my other posts and MAN this one is long already!

Happenings

News, news  news! First off, the Bam Margera and Brandon Novak Party at the 103 was basically a looong wait at least one hour to get in the door and then two hours to get your stuff signed and get a few pictures. Also, Wolves Among Sleep are announcing that they are playing SoulFest again this summer alongside Inhale Exhale, As I Lay Dying, Norma Jean, and many others. This is all going down July 31st in New Hampshire. Lastly but not leastly Lie Still, Sufferer has an EP available now on itunes for $4.95 called "Life In Slow Motion."

How is this for a first post! BAM MARGERA is going to be at the 103 Ultra Lounge in Orono tonight at 9:00 with Brandon Novak, Ryan Gee, and Joe Frantz. They will be there to talk about Novak's new book Dreamseller.  Tickets are $15.00 at Bullmoose or $17.00 at the door. See you there!
